About the role

Looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to see a Pelvic Floor/Orthopedic split caseload. Will pay for Pelvic Floor certifications. 2 PT clinic. New grad mentorship with Pelvic Health Specialist as your mentor and in the clinic with you!

Schedule

Full-time: Monday/Thursday 8am-7pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Tuesday/Friday 8am-1pm.

Compensation

Yearly salary range is $80k-90K, based on your experience. $5,000 Sign on Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
