About the role

Luna offers opportunities for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy and 1:1 patient care. We're seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes near you. This is outpatient therapy and not traditional home health.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
