Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
- Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive (12 min on average)
- Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
- Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
Requirements
- Active, state-specific PT license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Liability insurance
- Current CPR/BLS certification
