About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist, whether new graduate or experienced, to join our outpatient clinic team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions
- Developing personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Educating patients on self-management, exercises, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate patient documentation
- Providing guidance and mentorship to support staff and professional development
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
