The role involves providing medically prescribed physical therapy to patients with injuries, illnesses, or musculoskeletal conditions to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability. Key Responsibilities Include Evaluating participants and developing personalized treatment plans.Administering treatment programs and communicating patient needs to staff.Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with standards and confidentiality.Participating in team meetings, clinical reviews, and collaborative planning.Collaborating with physicians, staff, families, and community resources to ensure effective therapy.Planning and conducting staff in-service training and participating in orientation programs.Preparing service summaries, billing documentation, and performing related duties. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing PTAs and interns as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure.Preferred one year of experience.Ability to travel as needed.Physical capacity to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 100 pounds. This position offers flexible hours and compensation between $45-50/hr. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to ethical standards, and effective communication to support patient recovery and independence.
