Mathis Rehab Centers, partnering with Newman Regional Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Emporia, KS. Flexible options available for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. Qualified candidates may be eligible for travel stipends and student loan assistance. New graduates are supported through a personalized mentorship program.

In partnership with Newman Regional Health Hospital, we proudly serve the Emporia, KS community and surrounding areas. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through meaningful recovery journeys—helping them restore function, improve mobility, and regain quality of life. This position offers the flexibility and autonomy to deliver high-quality care in our outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
- Provide physical therapy services that promote recovery, mobility, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe and effective rehabilitation practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and documentation standards
