Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and execute plans of care, including evaluations, progress reports, and discharge planning.
• Collect and record patient data in compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines.
• Perform tests, measures, and clinical assessments to diagnose and set treatment goals.
• Provide patient education, training, and rehabilitation to promote healing and functional independence.
• Administer musculoskeletal interventions like therapeutic exercises and joint mobilizations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer patients as needed.
• Oversee support staff and maintain documentation using EMR systems.
• Participate in community outreach and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed in the practicing state with valid CPR certification.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with EMR software and basic computer skills.
