About the role
We are seeking skilled Physical Therapists to join our team in Maryland, providing Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities.
Responsibilities
- Delivering one-on-one physical therapy services to improve patient outcomes.
- Implementing autonomous, clinically-excellent interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Participating in an interdisciplinary team focused on functional recovery.
Qualifications
- Valid physical therapy license or eligibility in practice state(s).
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Basic computer skills and current CPR certification.
