• High school graduate
• Completed a two-year program for physical therapy assistants from an accredited institution
• Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Ohio and Kentucky
• Committed to providing quality patient care
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail with strong multi-tasking ability
• Experience and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
