About the role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Providing physical therapy treatments under supervision, adhering to state guidelines
- Assisting in patient assessment and coordinating evaluations with licensed therapists
- Collaborating with team members to ensure quality care outcomes
- Maintaining accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards
- Obtaining and updating physician orders as required
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong communication and organizational skills
