About the Role
Support patient recovery and rehabilitation in an outpatient care setting as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments based on established plans under supervision.
- Progress patients safely and effectively through treatment levels.
- Consult with supervising therapists regarding patient progress and adjustments.
- Document treatments and patient interactions per clinic policies.
- Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance skills and clinic culture.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited PTA program.
- License or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Passion for learning, growth, and making an impact; new graduates welcome.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
