Physical Therapist Assistant - Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing physical therapy treatments under supervision, following state guidelines
• Assisting in patient evaluation, identification, and coordination with the supervising PT
• Collaborating with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintaining accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensuring all physician orders are current and properly obtained

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
• At least one year of SNF experience and willingness to travel between facilities
