Job Summary

Aids patients/residents/clients in therapy activities and exercises as per a treatment plan, under the guidance of a physical therapist. Implements and modifies therapeutic activities based on patient's/resident's/client's goals and the setting's requirements. Documents patient's/resident's/client's responses and progress.

Qualifications

• Appropriate education from an APTA-approved program as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the relevant state(s)
• BLS certification within six months of employment
• Basic knowledge of clinical practice guidelines
• Knowledgeable about patient's/resident's/client's physical therapy outcomes
• May specialize in post-acute, long-term care, or home health environments

About the Role

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Pay

$24.00 - $38.50 per hour.
