About the role
Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant. We are looking for a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team between Belview and Clarkfield Minnesota! These communities are in a rural environment that offers a calmer atmosphere and less stress, allowing you more opportunities to build a full caseload quickly. New grads are welcome to apply! Pay
Wage Range: $27 - $34 / hour depending on experience. Bonus: $2,500 paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate’s degree
- Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
- Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
