About the Role
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with flexible start and end times. The wage range is $26–$34 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $2,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with at least an Associate’s degree
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (or PTA license as noted in qualifications)
- Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to long-term care
- Capable of performing essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Proficiency in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
