Physical Therapist Assistant 2500 Bonus
Park View Care Center in Wells, MN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in a rural environment that offers a calmer atmosphere and less stress, allowing you to build a full caseload quickly.

Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care
Requirements
- Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with at minimum an Associate’s degree
- Current CO Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care
- Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, with sufficient communication skills to perform required tasks
- Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Pay
$26 - $34 per hour depending on experience, plus a $2,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement.
