Physical Therapist - Acute Care Rehab
About the role
The Physical Therapist (PT) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This role works collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, rehab nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and medical diagnosis.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, modalities, and interventions to promote functional improvement and recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care plans and progress reports.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current Washington Physical Therapist License.
- BLS - American Heart Association certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in acute care settings.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $44.18 - $68.59 per hour.
Schedule
This role is full-time and works on a day shift.
