We're growing and looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to help our residents regain strength, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Perform therapeutic exercises to improve physical function and mobility
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Holds (or is eligible for) a South Carolina Physical Therapist license
- Has a degree in Physical Therapy
- Is passionate about helping others achieve their highest level of independence
