About the role

We're growing and looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to help our residents regain strength, confidence, and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Perform therapeutic exercises to improve physical function and mobility
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

  • Holds (or is eligible for) a South Carolina Physical Therapist license
  • Has a degree in Physical Therapy
  • Is passionate about helping others achieve their highest level of independence
