Physical Security Systems Administrator_Lenel OnGaurd Required

Location: Lisle, IL (100% Onsite) – 6-month contract with possible extension or conversion; requires Green Card or US citizenship.

About the role

Client is seeking a hands-on Physical Security Systems Administrator to support enterprise access control and video management systems across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise access control and video management systems
• Troubleshoot badge readers, access control devices, cameras, and related hardware
• Support Windows-based security servers and associated applications
• Work with networking teams to resolve connectivity issues for IP-based security devices
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Maintain system documentation, inventories, and security configurations
• Support new deployments, hardware replacements, and system enhancements

Requirements

• Experience administering enterprise physical security systems
• Hands-on experience with access control and video management platforms
• Experience with Lenel OnGuard is highly preferred
• Experience with platforms such as Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone, CCURE, AMAG, or similar is also valuable
• Windows Server and Active Directory experience
• Networking knowledge (IP cameras, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
