Physical Security Systems Administrator

An enterprise organization is seeking a Physical Security Systems Administrator to remotely configure, support, and administer large-scale access control and video management software. This individual will manage platform configurations, onboard site hardware, oversee support ticketing, and manage vendor service delivery. This is a strictly remote administrative position; all physical hardware installations and repairs are performed by designated regional integration partners. Responsibilities Remote administration, setup, and troubleshooting of enterprise LenelS2 and ExacqVision platforms.Integrate site-level devices (panels, readers, IP cameras, storage servers) into centralized management systems.Triage service tickets, conduct remote diagnostics, and dispatch/oversee third-party integrators.Validate completed field service, monitor overall system health, and track recurring incidents.Maintain accurate inventory logs and collaborate with IT networking teams on connectivity and performance. Schedule & Location: Fully remote position operating on Eastern Standard Time (EST).12-month contract duration. Requirements 3+ years managing enterprise physical security infrastructure.Expertise configuring and troubleshooting LenelS2 and ExacqVision environments.Experience overseeing ticketing workflows and coordinating third-party service providers.Core understanding of IP network fundamentals (VLANs, bandwidth).US Work Authorization required (no sponsorship available).
