Physical Security Specialist (Swing)
About the role
Support the Security Manager in delivering security operations and management of uniform security personnel. Provide corporate team assistance in developing security officer training strategies to counter supply chain risks and gaps affecting the facility. Support the Security Manager on related projects, new physical security installations and repairs, as assigned. Assist Security & Compliance management in developing security procedures, training requirements, training material, and training communications to create best-in-class corporate training programs for front-line security personnel. Work in partnership with plant operational management teams to identify security gaps, breaches, and conduct security investigations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in private security, military security, or law enforcement background
- Must be a US citizen or provide proof of identity and work authorization
- Investigative experience in criminal acts including identifying and conducting internal comprehensive case management, as assigned
- Coaching and developing plant security team members in reaching their full workplace potential
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability and willingness to travel, when needed
- Motivated and challenged to drive high performance
Pay
Anticipated base salary range: $74,000–$114,100. Actual compensation determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
