About the role
The Physical Security Specialist is responsible for maintaining the security protocols and ensuring the safety of the facility and its assets.
Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce physical security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Train employees on security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Manage access control systems and ensure proper authorization levels are maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security.
- Knowledge of security systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Background in law enforcement or military experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to operate security equipment and systems.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
