Physical Security Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the global physical security strategy, standards, and operational execution
• Act as Deputy Head of Corporate Security Center of Excellence, assuming leadership roles in their absence
• Develop security policies and procedures aligned with healthcare regulations and global best practices
• Advise leadership on emerging risks related to healthcare operations and patient care
• Oversee security programs for healthcare facilities, balancing safety and patient dignity
• Manage layered physical security controls including access control and surveillance systems
• Lead workplace violence prevention and behavioral threat assessment initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years in physical security, law enforcement, military, or corporate security leadership
• Extensive experience in healthcare or regulated environments strongly preferred
• Relevant security certifications such as CPP, PCI, PSP, CISM, or equivalent are strongly preferred
• Demonstrated executive-level operational capability, ideally acting in support of a Chief Security Officer
