Overview

The Head of Physical Security is a senior security executive responsible for the strategic leadership, design, and execution of Fresenius Medical Care’s global physical security program.

Success Profile

• Deep expertise in healthcare security, physical protective measures, workplace violence prevention, behavioral threat assessment, investigations, and crisis response.
• Proven experience in executive leadership roles, including acting as or supporting a Chief Security Officer.
• Strong background in physical security systems and protective measures, workplace violence prevention, behavioral threat assessment and management, corporate and healthcare investigations, and security training and program development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, regulated environment.
• Proactive risk management and financial acumen.
• Effective collaboration and influence with diverse global teams.
