What You'll Be Doing
- Evaluate and treat patients with spine, musculoskeletal, sports, work-related, motor vehicle, and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating rehabilitation, medication management, diagnostic testing, injections, and specialist referrals
- Perform procedures including joint, soft-tissue, and trigger point injections, with opportunities for ultrasound-guided and interventional pain procedures based on experience
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies, including X-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound, and electrodiagnostic testing
- Collaborate with physical therapists, specialists, and other clinical professionals to provide coordinated outpatient musculoskeletal care
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Interventional Pain Fellowship training highly preferred, but not required for consideration
