Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedic

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and long-term wellness
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Valid Colorado state licensure and BLS certification are mandatory
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills are essential
• The ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to an innovative clinical setting is required
