About the role
Join a fast-growing healthcare team serving the Longmont community. Work in a state-of-the-art facility with abundant natural light and stunning mountain views. Focus on high-quality, one-on-one therapy sessions lasting 40 minutes each.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Provide education to patients and their families to empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- COCertified State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
Qualifications
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
Skills
- Proficiency in imaging and radiologic procedures.
- Multidisciplinary team approach to achieving exceptional outcomes.
- Precepting new therapists.
- Secure safety and quality at the point of care.

$41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
