Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Medicine)

Location: North Dallas, TX Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Schedule: Flexible 40-Hour Workweek | No Weekends Practice Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice in North Dallas, TX. The Physical Therapist will provide evidence-based rehabilitation services, helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries and return to sports, work, and daily activities. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform orthopedic assessments and establish rehabilitation goals. Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff as appropriate. Build professional relationships with referring providers and community partners. Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs. Maintain high standards of patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent). Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start. Orthopedic Experience Required. Sports Medicine experience required. Minimum 2 Years Of Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience Preferred. Current CPR/First Aid certification required. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills. Compensation Based on experience, plus performance bonus of up to $24,000 annually.
