Responsibilities
- Create the weekly employee schedule for photographers and supporting staff in your market
- Review and approve timesheet expenses
- Ensure all employee shifts are entered correctly with all required shift type allocations
- Collaborate and work closely with photo management in creating the weekly schedule to ensure our top staff members are scheduled
- Take part in hiring and onboarding, including reviewing and screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process
- Provide administrative support to the Photography Operations Management Team
- Maintain documentation of policies, processes, and HR documents
- Respond to employee emails and phone calls within 24 hours
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred, or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- 1 year of experience in logistics or scheduling preferred
- Some experience in hiring and/or interviewing
- Willing to work a varied schedule based on seasonal needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great time management and task prioritization skills
- Must return a satisfactory background check
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment
- Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment
- Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms
