Position Summary
This position will be responsible for digital photo editing using photo software to caption, color correct, and crop photos. Major Responsibilities include:
- Edit raw take of a photographer’s game action, selecting the most compelling and high-quality shots that capture key moments and tell a cohesive visual story.
- Caption images in accordance with a defined editorial style guide.
- Ensure accuracy in player identification, game context, and metadata tagging to support searchability and archival standards.
- Perform cropping, color correction, and exposure adjustments if necessary.
- Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards across all published content.
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Photoshop CS 5
- Photoware Photo Station v.7
- Photo Mechanic 4.6
- Exceptional knowledge of NBA players and the game of basketball
Education Background
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Salary Range
$23/hr
