Photo Editor

About the role

The Photo Editor works with the other members of the Boot Barn creative team to edit Boot Barn's photography assets for use throughout the Company's website and marketing. Following each photo shoot, the Photo Editor is responsible for managing the photo organization process, photo editing, and color correction.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-volume image editing for use on e-commerce sites (retouching, color correction, color matching apparel, shaping, removing blemishes and wrinkles, etc.)
• Ensures ecommerce images are labeled, organized, stored, and archived appropriately upon editing completion
• Edit campaign and marketing images including editing to each brand's established color and retouching standards for both print and digital
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of exporting and editing for both print and digital mediums
• Maintain consistency in image style and quality across all platforms and channels, including website, and marketing materials
• Implement and follow efficient workflows to optimize the retouching process without compromising quality
• Completes all assignments on time
• Provide miscellaneous support to the overall Creative Department
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
• Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
