Phone Sales Representative - Setter

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting consultations into retained clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-intent inbound leads (people actively seeking legal help)
• Conduct consultations and close retainers over the phone
• Follow up and convert warm leads into paying clients

Opportunity

This is a high-volume, high-reward, in-office sales environment. This position is remote in Colombia.

Compensation

$15 - $20 hourly + incentives
