Job Description

The primary responsibilities of a Phone & Order Specialist include:

  • Taking orders over the phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru window.
  • Training and proficiency in using the order screen to correctly make and cash out orders.
  • Preparing orders for drivers and dispatching them accordingly.
  • Prepping some food items for rush orders.

Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to follow directions.
