Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, quotes, purchase orders, and order modifications
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding pricing, availability, lead times, shipments, and order status
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information within ERP and CRM systems
  • Cook up with inventory, purchasing, logistics, shipping, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates, delays, and resolutions to customers
  • Support returns, credits, and customer issue resolution
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel daily to manage communications, reporting, and customer records
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, order management, order entry, customer account support, or sales support experience
  • Experience working with physical products, inventory, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally through email and phone
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or business management systems
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
