Phone Attendant

About the role

White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the Front Desk team.

Responsibilities

The phone attendant will serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering calls, dispatching requests, and following up to ensure excellent guest service
• Attending to each call in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner, using proper telephone etiquette
• Dispatching appropriate personnel to satisfy guest requests and resolve guest issues
• Developing a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, the local area, and nearby travel services
• Accurately answering any guest questions and providing thoughtful recommendations
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs

Pay

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour. This role is on-property at the JW Marriott Austin.
