Phone Attendant

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs.
  • Answer calls, dispatch requests, and follow up to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Dispatch appropriate personnel to satisfy guest requests and resolve guest issues.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, the local area, and nearby travel services.
  • Accurately answer any guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • An outgoing and social personality.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A team-player mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to any situation.
  • Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs.
