About the role
The Phoenix office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation/counseling associate with 2-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Strong litigation experience with respect to employment claims and restrictive covenant disputes
- Significant experience with bonus and pay plans, employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, employment policies, and counseling support for HR clients
- Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, but candidates with strong litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law will be considered
- Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.
