Phlebotomist Specialist - Patient Service Center

About the role

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collection and specimen processing in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests, and other tests.
• Accurately enter patient data and process billing information.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Handle administrative duties and travel to additional sites as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience; pediatrics experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime.
• Ability to pass a color blindness test.
