Phlebotomist / Phlebotomy Technician

Seeking experienced phlebotomists to perform blood collection and point-of-care testing in various locations within the Minneapolis area. Responsibilities include: collecting blood samples from diverse patient populations, preparing and restocking supplies, assisting with tests, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining equipment and specimen integrity.Travel may be required to different sites and health fairs, with a focus on providing patient-centered care tailored to individual needs.Senior role involves coordinating staffing, managing workflow, training new staff, and troubleshooting operational issues.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic; phlebotomy certification is required in some states. At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience for technician roles; 3 years for senior technicians.
