Phlebotomist, CDL- Must have a Commercial Driver's License - Will Train in Phlebotomy

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CDL driver who enjoys working with people to join our ImpactLife team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, learn and perform phlebotomy, deliver excellent donor care, safely drive and operate blood collection vehicles, and transport equipment and team members to and from blood drive sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while registering and screening donors
• Learn and perform phlebotomy (paid training provided)
• Deliver excellent donor care throughout the donation process
• Safely drive and operate blood collection vehicles (box trucks, truck + trailer combos, and buses)
• Transport equipment and team members to and from blood drive sites
• Set up and tear down mobile collection events
• Restock and organize supplies

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and enjoyment of interacting with the public
• A solid, reliable work history
• The ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Flexibility with schedules and the ability to travel for up to two weeks for initial training
• Comfortable driving larger vehicles in all types of weather
• A valid CDL B (or higher) with airbrake endorsement and meeting our insurability requirements
• The ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report

Qualifications

• No prior phlebotomy experience needed—training will be provided

Schedule

This is a full-time, 30–39 hours/week position with a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
