Help us bring compassionate care to more families at At Peace Healthcare Agency. We're seeking an energetic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer to expand our presence throughout the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

  • Community Outreach & Business Development
    • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, hospices, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Represent At Peace Healthcare Agency at networking events, health fairs, community organizations, and professional meetings.
    • Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about our home care services and programs.
    • Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities throughout the Philadelphia region.
    • Execute strategic outreach plans to increase referrals and grow agency census.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build long-term partnerships with referral sources through regular visits, presentations, and follow-up communication.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners and community organizations.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and timely communication.
    • Collaborate with agency leadership to strengthen community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Marketing & Sales
    • Meet referral and business development goals.
    • Track marketing activities, referrals, and outcomes using CRM or agency reporting systems.
    • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and community education initiatives.
    • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support agency growth strategies.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with operations and intake teams to ensure a seamless referral and admissions process.
    • Support community education programs and initiatives that promote quality home healthcare services.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare marketing, community liaison, physician relations, home care sales, hospice marketing, or healthcare business development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home health, home care, hospice, private duty, healthcare staffing, or senior services.
  • Existing relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, or long-term care providers in the Philadelphia area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional evenings or community events as needed
  • Local travel throughout the Philadelphia area
