Responsibilities
- Deliver high-energy, value-added service to exceed client expectations on a variety of assignments across industries and roles.
- Make an immediate impact by applying strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, firm leadership, and peers through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Act as a team player and long-term participant in the growth of the local office and the firm overall.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to other professional experiences such as business development and recruiting.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
- External auditors from large CPA firms with 2+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior.
- Combo candidates with external audit and corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation are also considered.
- CPA or progression toward certification is preferred.
- Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation is a plus but not required.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB rules and standards.
- Strong computer desktop skills; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables) are desirable.
- Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
