Pharmacy Technician Refill Calls

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
• Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
• Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
• Cook up medication refills and complete accurate data entry.
• Aid with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims.

What You Need

• State-registered (Mississippi) Pharmacy Technician
• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
• Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset

Qualifications

Skills

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Navigating the internet and web-based platforms
• Data entry and computer skills will be evaluated through an assessment as part of the pre-employment process

Pay

Starting day one, medical, dental, and vision insurance is provided. A 401(k) with a match is also offered.

Schedule

A hybrid schedule is offered: Remote on Mondays and Fridays, Onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST.
