Responsibilities
- Dispense medical prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, inventory management, and prescription billing
- Maintain inventory records, receive and store incoming supplies, and verify stock
- Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare personnel as needed
- Assist healthcare professionals within the scope of pharmacy technician certification
- Adhere to infection control techniques and principles, while respecting patient dignity and confidentiality
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of experience. Familiar with a variety of field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Pharmacy Technician license/certification as required by the state of employment
- Current CPR Certification
This position is available only to those who reside in the United States.
