Job Summary

Job Type: Part Time
Job Shift: Day
Holiday Rotation: Department: Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Selects and prepares pharmaceuticals by name and dosage as listed on patient order.
• Places medicines in proper containers with correct label and makes required notations on order.
• Makes required notations on order match items and in corresponding records.
• Prepares I.V. admixtures under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent preferred
• Licenses / Certifications: State of California Pharmacy Technician registration.

• Experience: 2 – 3 YEARS

Pay

$25.00 - $28.68 hourly
