Holiday Rotation: Department: Pharmacy
Responsibilities
- Selects and prepares pharmaceuticals by name and dosage as listed on patient order.
- Places medicines in proper containers with correct label and makes required notations on order.
- Makes required notations on order match items and in corresponding records.
- Prepares I.V. admixtures under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High School or equivalent preferred
- Licenses / Certifications: State of California Pharmacy Technician registration.
