About the Role
This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing inpatient and infusion pharmacy operations. You will act as a key liaison between clinical practice, hospital executives, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and rigorous regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient and infusion pharmacy operations across the regional enterprise.
- Optimize operational and project budgets, driving efficiency in pharmacy workflows.
- Bridge clinical practice with hospital executive leadership and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to foster a high-performing environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, hospital policies, and best practices in pharmaceutical care.
Requirements
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.
- Active Washington State Pharmacist License at hire; NPI number required within 6 months.
- 5+ years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care setting (or 3+ years plus a PGY1 residency).
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- 2+ years of operational or project budget management.
