Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maintain best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, fostering personalized relationships and clinical services like MTM
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing developmental opportunities and challenging assignments
• Inspire the team to act ethically and support pharmacy department goals
• Manage performance, ensuring operational activities are met efficiently
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain competitive advantage through data-driven decision-making
• Manage medication inventory and enhance sales, minimize shrinkage, and meet customer needs
• Advance pharmacy clinical initiatives, including MTM and immunizations
• Engage in community health events to meet local health needs
• Support other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable drug test results within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist with state requirements met or scheduled to meet
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
