About the role
The Pharmacy Manager at Genoa Healthcare plays a crucial role in serving behavioral health and addiction treatment communities. They partner with clinic partners and clinical staff to ensure patients receive the right medications and adhere to their treatment plans. This role oversees pharmacy operations, manages staff, and drives growth through marketing and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience
- Serve as an expert to the clinical staff and meet with them on clinical outcomes
- Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and personal questions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots
- Motivate, develop, and coach pharmacy staff
- Drive marketing plans and materials for pharmacy offerings
- Conduct workforce planning and business planning for operational excellence
- Promote the pharmacy business and build relationships with the community and stakeholders
- Review key performance indicators and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist license in the state of Indiana
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
- 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience
- Authorization to administer long-acting injectables or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire

The salary for this role ranges from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, closed for lunch: 12pm-1pm
