Pharmacy Manager
RiteChoice is launching a new pharmacy in 2026 in Allentown, PA and is seeking a pharmacist to support the opening and ongoing success of this new location. You will work at a health center pharmacy and be part of the clinical care team, with access to patients’ electronic medical records and collaboration alongside physicians, dentists, and behavioral health specialists to ensure the best treatment for our patients.
RiteChoice Pharmacy is a fast-growing independent 340B pharmacy that partners with community health centers and providers across Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide fast, friendly, and affordable services to the communities we serve. Familiarity with the 340B program is a plus, but we will provide training to ensure your success.
About the role
As Pharmacy Manager, you play the central role in overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all company and regulatory standards. This position is full-time and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full scope of store functions, ensuring tasks are completed on time and systems are followed
- Monitor staff checklists, delivery procedures, inventory accuracy, and digital documentation
- Maintain purchase margin and support company initiatives
- Run daily reports to optimize store efficiency
- Set the standard for workplace culture, collaboration, and communication
- Lead, train, and support Technicians and Drivers with professionalism and accountability
- Create staff schedules that support training and daily workflow needs
- Evaluate team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and escalate needs to HR or Operations when appropriate
- Ensure adherence to RiteChoice compliance policies, especially related to 340B program rules
- Execute weekly and daily audit procedures
- Prepare the pharmacy to pass internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Work closely with Operational Management to execute initiatives and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in bi-weekly pharmacist meetings to share best practices and align on goals
- Proactively identify process improvements and solutions to optimize operations
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania state pharmacy license in good standing
- Operational leadership skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow, team scheduling, and audit processes
- Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and consistency
- Comfort using pharmacy software and digital systems
