About the role

The Pharmacy Manager oversees patient care, prescription dispensing, immunizations, and community programs while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive patient care, including medication dispensing and immunizations.
• Drives sales and profitability by managing merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory, and sales forecasting.
• Ensures compliance with pharmacy laws, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Manages pharmacy operations, including inventory flow, financial performance, and regulatory adherence.
• Creates a culture of safety, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Supervises staff, promotes team development, and fosters a respectful and inclusive workplace.
• Maintains confidentiality, analyzes reports, and implements corrective actions for operational excellence.
• Supports community outreach and ensures compliance with billing, HIPAA, and SOP policies.
• Leads efforts to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and promotes a culture of integrity and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Preferred: U.S. pharmacy experience.
